Dishonest and Misleading — Cinco Tire & Auto Repair tried to double-charge me. I called ahead, got a quote, and thought I was dealing with a straightforward shop. But when I arrived, the price had magically doubled. If you enjoy bait-and-switch tactics - this is the place for you. For everyone else, save yourself the headache and steer clear.

Asked if I can use the air to put air in my tire and they told me five bucks cash.

In the course of seeking tire replacement services, I found it necessary to replace a deflated tire. Regrettably, the establishment in question communicated a lack of availability of pre-owned tires. Moreover, it was conveyed that an additional fee of $20 would be levied in the event that their specialized equipment was employed to facilitate the removal of the tire. Upon conclusion of the transaction, a total of $202 was invoiced for the replacement of a single tire. Subsequently, I sought a comprehensive breakdown of the charges through a detailed receipt, only to encounter resistance from the service provider in fulfilling this request. As a result of the aforementioned interactions, I am inclined to caution against the utilization of this establishment, particularly for female patrons. The experience was further marred by the insistence on a cash-based payment, which has contributed to my skepticism regarding the ethical integrity of the business. Given the circumstances, I am left with reservations about the legitimacy of their operations.

I didn’t want to leave this review because I’ve been in Inglewood for over 20 years but I will no longer be supporting this place. The customer service is not what it used to be. They’re charging five dollars just to put air in the tire even if it’s one tire. I pulled up as I always do and see the same guy that I always see and asked him could I get air in one tire and he told me I had to pay five dollars and I was shocked being that I’ve been supporting the shop for many many years. I understand they charge five dollars for air but if it’s an emergency and I ask if I can pay three dollars for just one tire and you tell me no that means you don’t even care about the community or helping in a situation as small as that and I will never Support your business again you denied me air in my tire and I’ve been coming there for years that says a lot about you guys and I will not be spending my money there anymore and I encourage other people to go elsewhere. Do not pay five dollars to put air in your tire and you probably can find better used tires somewhere else so don’t waste your money at this place they’re not like they used to be. The big brother was actually the nicer guy. I always liked dealing with him but the little brother he has a bad attitude. You can actually see it all over his face and I won’t be supporting this place anymore and I will make sure none of my people support this place. The big brother Louis would’ve never done that that was bad customer service especially for somebody that has been coming there for years. I’m never spending money at this place again if I need air in my tire I’ll definitely go somewhere else and if I need a used tire or anybody I know need a used tire I will not be sending them here. There’s better places to go.
