I am the original owner of a 2009 Range Rover HSE. This was my first time bringing the car to British Car Service and I was so impressed with my experience from start to finish. I had an annoying, intermittent message and loud “dinging” while driving. I contacted two other locations and they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. British Car Service was so friendly and said they would run a diagnostic test and let me know. They were so accommodating with my schedule, gave me a very clear and descriptive run-down of all the work that was needed and kept me posted along the way. I finally feel that I have found the right place to care for my beloved Range Rover!

The real deal. Such amazing knowledgeable folks. I grew up with Land Rovers and know a real Land Rove/Range mechanic when I see one. Honest, well priced and most importantly do great work. My 2017 Ranger Rover feels like a new car after service here, with all their diagnosis being correct. Will be coming back.

I was half way through a cross country (both ways) trip, and discovered I had small problem. I located the part as I wasn't sure I'd be able to get it fixed still locally, but Beverly was beyond kind squeezing me in, and getting it fixed (and an oil change) super quickly. Mark the mechanic was lovely and got me back on my way with the part in place, and some fresh liquids. They had an amazing array of Land Rovers there (great for a look around, like a collection) and the whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend them, and just wish they were closer!

I love this place, they're kind and friendly they care for you as well as your car. They leave the repairs up to your pockets, however skillfully advise of what services need to be done and in what time frame! I've never felt like they were trying to take advantage like most dealers and repair shops do, these people are to be trusted!! they're dependable and courteous and I've never needed for them to redo a repair....its always top notch!! I gave my Range Rover to my daughter and bought a new one, when my service warranty is up, I will be bringing it here as well!! You can't go wrong here, you will love them!!

Steve from British Car Services has a tremendous work ethic & superb client service. My husband had someone shatter the window of his 2023 defender for an attempted robbery in downtown LA (Just 3 months after he purchased it) and with our luck, the entire Land Rover dealerships did not have any window in stock. I had contacted Steve on a whim (mostly to prove my husband that I can get a window for him when he could not). The journey for the window was surprisingly long & frustrating. It was not Steve’s fault at all - it was Land rover’s confusing logistical issues. If you had called any dealership during that time, you would’ve received the worst, ambiguous response. However, Steve kept in contact the entire process and we were never left in the dark. Months later & after Steve’s pointed emails to Land Rover UK, he was able to get the window for us! My husband can now drive his car and we are so grateful to Steve and his team. We cannot thank him enough & he will for sure have our future business and referrals.
