I had never gone through the California revived salvage/BAL inspection process before and was honestly stressed going into it. Kaya made the whole experience straightforward, calm, and transparent from start to finish. He was super communicative from my very first Facebook Marketplace message all the way through the inspection itself. No BS, no upselling, no hidden charges, no games. Best price I found anywhere for BAL/VSSI inspection ($200 out the door with free retest if needed), and the whole process took about 45 minutes. My 2017 VW CC passed without issues — huge relief. What really stood out was how patient and helpful he was. He took the time to explain: - what exactly gets checked during the inspection, - what my next DMV steps would be, - why AAA likely wouldn’t help with salvage processing, - and even recommended Culver City DMV because of lower wait times. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people navigate the process properly instead of just rushing them through. Also: - clean waiting area, - restroom access, - professional setup, - and just an honest, good-energy experience overall. Really hardworking, kind guy trying to build something honestly.
