I had an amazing and easy experience with Ron Catt Auto Care! They are always super nice very communicative and informative so I never feel out of the loop. They let me know not just what work was needed but also why they suggested the work being done and how things are usually supposed to be. They also made drop off and pick up so incredibly easy and got all the work done in a day that was so great for coordinating with work. I made a mistake of accidentally putting 5 gallons of regular gas in my diesel, thank God the pump stopped there. I reached out to a friend that is a motor head, owns a diesel and he said do not start it. I called AAA, called Ron Catt to warn them I was coming in. I picked Ron Catt to be towed to because it was close to my house and closest to the gas station. That said, they dropped my tank, cleaned it, to be on the safe side they changed my fuel filter. They put a camera in the tank, showed me how clean it was, which most people won’t do. They gave me plenty of fuel to get to a gas station, filled my tires and topped off my def fluid. The work was done quickly and efficiently, they knew I was leaving the day after I picked it up to get to the river. They gave me a ride home and picked me up (I only live a half mile away). They are square dealing and honest, they aren’t outrageous in their pricing. They will be my go to now. I can’t speak highly enough about their customer service. Best advertising is word of mouth, so here I am. They have two locations in Huntington Beach; one on Gothard and the one I went to on Chemical Lane. If you’re trying to decide on a good auto shop, quit looking any further, this is your place. To the crew, thank you for everything, your kindness and being honest, that is refreshing in this day and age. I appreciate you getting it done so quickly.
