Been coming jere for a little under 2 years now. Jose has been the greatest with EVERY little thing ive come in for. Very fair on price and knowledgeable in my Mercedes. After a slight mishap at a another small shop I brought it here and the skill was shown why he is in business. Ill keep bringing cars here for years to come.

Jose is great. He's believable and fair. My car is running great. I advise everyone I know to take their BMW there. I'll never take my car to the BMW dealer again.

Avoid This Shop I brought my 2017 BMW 430i to this shop to repair an oil leak at the oil level sensor and mentioned a small coolant leak near the water pump from previous work they had done under warranty. They fixed the coolant leak and addressed the oil leak, but as soon as I got my car back, I noticed a severe lack of power and no cold air from the AC. When I confronted the shop about the loss of power, they claimed there was “nothing wrong.” For the AC, they blamed a clog and said I’d need extensive parts replaced to fix it. After being shooed away, I returned with a check engine light, only for them to tell me they wanted nothing to do with my car anymore and gave me a refund for my oil leak fix. claiming I would “just keep blaming them.” But why would I blame a shop if there was nothing to blame them for? Mechanics who do their job right don’t have customers constantly returning with new issues. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic, and it turns out this shop had over-pressurized my coolant system, which damaged my coolant reservoir and caused another coolant leak. This eventually led to my electric water pump running dry and failing entirely. On top of that, their AC diagnosis was completely wrong. The pump was running dry, so it put my car on a limp mode making my car underperformed power. Thankfully, the new shop fixed everything—my car runs perfectly now, and my AC is blowing cold again. This shop not only failed to take accountability but caused additional damage to my car. I would never recommend taking your vehicle here—they lack both the knowledge and integrity to handle repairs properly. The owner is a nice guy and I feel like they genuinely didn’t think they caused more problems for me. but only a man knows their car better than anyone else.

I strongly recommend this shop to service your BMW. I took my 330Ci in for a drivers side rear wheel bearing replacement due to noise and vibration coming from the rear. The service tech had it done in a couple hours and it drove smoothly there after. It's been about a week since the job was performed and everything is working as it should. I have a smooth ride again. Thanks H & R for your excellent service and fair pricing.

Best place for servicing your BMW. The owner George and his wife are extremely nice they have been taking care of our car for several years now great service every time. George has decades of experience i know that when I take my vehicle there it is in good hands. I would not have bought my second bmw if I didn’t have a mechanic like George to take my car to, h&r is the only shop I would trust. I just got my car back from George for a major service he fixed my car within a week which is fast considering the amount of work the car needed it is in perfect working condition now couldn’t be happier with the car. Thanks to George and his wife for taking care of our cars. I will always support their business.
