I feel like I got very lucky. A friend recommended going here. Honest and fair kind and expedient. It’s a rare quality to find these days and I really appreciated it. I had a little interaction with a curb that didn’t go as well as I wanted to, and things were not going well on my car and they helped me beautifully and I’m going back to get my brakes checked and some other work soon but yes, feel safe here

View on GoogleMy husband, Jim has been going to Vartan for many years. He has never failed to find the problem with whatever car we've had and fixes it perfectly. His prices are extremely reasonable, and we've compared it with other mechanics. Fast work but thorough. My husband says he's a funny guy and tells me stories every time he come back from seeing him. I hope to meet him face to face someday. :)
View on GoogleThis place is so frustrating. Came here a few times on recommendation from a friend and received service at good value but not coming after my last experience. Came in with a check engine light and without telling me they gave me an oil change that I did not need (had it done a month before and I don't drive much). Got into an argument with Vartan about it who wouldn't reverse the charge. How easy is it to just pick up the phone and ask your customer for consent? This business doesn't know how to communicate. Side note, I had a problem with my car for weeks that they could not figure out. Took it to another mechanic and he was actually able to fix it so it's not like these are the best mechanics in LA.
