My sons and I were traveling, my car started to have some issues. It was Sunday, most shops we're closing down. I spoke to Ed on the way to his shop and he notified his mechanic to stick around a while for me to get there. Mechanic was awesome. Diagnosed what was happening and although I couldn't get any work done because the parts stores were closed, I received a full diagnostic and some much needed information so that I might plan my trip home safely. Which I did. Thank you for going above and beyond. Definitely felt like I was someone who they wanted to help out and not just another number
