The best independent Mercedes Benz shop in the Glendale area. Ara (owner) made sure my vehicle was taken cared of in preparation for my drive across the country. He takes the time to make sure the customer understands the issues and the repairs. This shop has the experience and knowledge to take care of your Mercedes vehicles. Amazing customer service and a very kind owner. I called all the independent MB shops in the area and Ara is the only shop that was willing to help me out in my emergency. This says a lot about a person. This is the only Mercedes Shop I would recommend for any Mercedes Benz owner.

Ara is an honest, fair, and skilled mechanic that specializes in Mercedes. I took my car in to replace the turbo charger at a fraction of the price charged at dealer; Ara was kind enough to show me the work he did around the car including address all concerns I had with the service prior and after (using original part, pricing, warranty etc.). I have high standards and Ara exceeded all my expectations. He is also a great caring person who treats you as family. I am impressed with his service. Highly recommend!

I’m glad I found MBZ Auto Service. Best place to take your Mercedes to get repaired. Ara the owner and staff are top notch. Most honest, knowledgeable, and hospitable people in this industry. Took my car into the shop in the morning and the repair was done same day for a very reasonable price. Also Ara noticed I had the wrong battery in my key fob. Replaced the battery with the correct one for no extra charge. If you are looking to have your Mercedes repaired I would suggest bringing it to Ara at MBZ auto service the best around.

Really impressed with the experience. Came in for Service B — everything was done within a couple of hours, using original parts, no delays or hidden fees. The staff was extremely polite and professional. While I waited, they offered me great coffee and tea — not vending machine stuff, but actual quality drinks. The whole vibe felt more like a high-end dealership than a typical service center: clean, calm, and respectful. Highly recommend MBZ. They take care of both the car and the client.
