J & E was great and I would highly recommend!! I left a message to make an appt for a service and Emad got back to me In a timely manner to book an appt. Excellent communication, fair pricing and no upselling. We have always had our new Tacoma serviced at Toyota but we will now be getting all services done at J & E

View on GoogleMy Acura 3.2TL had a rear passenger window that was no longer working properly. Emad, the owner, and Robert, the mechanic, ordered the replacement parts, installed them, and had my car’s window working nicely within three days. To top it off, they changed my oil filter and, then, all of my oil with excellent synthetic oil. I am delighted at their efficiency, the quality of their service, their very reasonable prices, and the courtesy with which they treated me throughout their mission to return my car to the best running condition. I give J&E Complete Auto Service the highest accolades! They are, by far, the finest auto repair shop I have dealt with over the last fifty years! I had never used them before or even known of their existence, but from now on, their level of expertise has won them a customer for life!

He took the time to break down pricing and explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and not overcharged. I even came back with a concern and he checked everything again to make sure I felt good. Great service all around. Definitely earned all 5 stars. I’ll be back!
View on GoogleI’m always a little bit disappointed with auto repair shop either. It takes too long or I just noticed something that wasn’t done right or something. That’s not the case with J&E complete auto repair I checked reviews. They seemed really cool. They’re close to where I work, Their parking lot was completely full of cars so I was a little apprehensive that it was gonna take a long time but I also figured because there’s so many cars they must be a really good repair shop Anyway, I dropped it off at 12:30 in the afternoon. There was something wrong with the front brakes oil change transmission service. They called me in about an hour with the price, which means they had already looked at it and they said I could pick it up around 4 PM. That’s only 3 to 3 1/2 hours from when I dropped it off. I called at 3:30 to ask if I can wait there because I was gonna get a ride at 3:30 and they said come and pick it up. It’s ready. I picked it up the cars Brakes work perfectly oil change transmission service I couldn’t ask for more. These guys are amazing. I am gonna refer everybody. I know to get their cars repaired at J & E complete Automotive repair. I was just so impressed
