Really needed to get my boyfriend’s front brakes fixed and Terry was able to get us in the same day and Jaime was able to fix the car in a couple of hours! they were able to shave off the rotors saving us a couple hundred bucks. Honestly, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, not just for the amazing service but for their HONESTY and not trying to rip us off like other places would. My girlfriend needed some big repairs on her CR-V, specifically for a defective part that the dealership wouldn't honor. Teri talked us through the whole process, and it got done for a lot less than we thought. A lot of mechanics tend to talk over women and don't bother explaining why they're doing what they're doing, but Teri and her crew were incredibly no-nonsense and respectful. Teri also let us keep the old part "to hang on your Christmas tree, if you want."

My tire had a hole in it and I was broke, they put a patch very cheap compared to other places, and the sweet lady, I believe she is the boss, didn’t even let me tip because I said I am in a difficult situation financially. She gave all the money to a kind gentleman who did all the job and they also checked all my tires’ pressure. I could feel that they care about their customers and in a big city like LA where almost every business looks at you as at an atm machine this humane customer service surprised me. I will definitely come back for other services. Thank you thank you!
