Sam is AMAZING!! I’ve had my check engine light on for sooo long and he fixed it way faster than I could ask for. He’s super knowledgeable and actually explains what’s going on. I was also in the middle of moving to California and needed a smog test, and he helped me through the whole process which was such a lifesaver. He even gives you the certificate you need for the DMV. I was researching auto shops near me and ended up finding Cali Auto Pros and I was more than happy to drive a little further for Sam’s services. Totally worth it. Sam's really flexible, works with your schedule, and has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. You can tell he genuinely cares and isn’t just trying to upsell you.
