I had an excellent experience. The people that work there are amazing, very polite and friendly. I haven't experienced such a great service in a very long time at a automotive shop. They're honest about their prices and service. I highly recommend this place and will be referring any friend in the future. Thank you Julio for being such a professional.
View on GoogleGot a flat tire on my way to work this morning and was towed to Best Buy Tire Pros. Harry, the owner, helped me right away and patched the tire quickly so I could still make it to work. He also checked the rest of my tires, explained that the tread was wearing down, and gave me a fair quote to replace all four in the near future. No pressure, just honest and helpful service. Really smooth experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Harry and Best Buy Tire Pros.

View on GoogleMy local friend originally recommended here, so I went to ask them to check my tire that was losing air too frequently in the last 24 hrs. I can't remember what the issue was now, but they diagnosed it, pumped air & sent me on my way quickly WITHOUT charging me, though the manager recommended that I'd change the tire soon. Naturally when probably the same tire was found losing air after not driving the car for a month, I came here & bought a new tire here because I wanted to give them my business. They offered me 3 choices for the tire price range & was never condensending, just because I'm a woman nor not that knowledgeable about mechanics. I highly recommend them!

I was able to safely exit and found Best Buy Tire Pros in Glendale. They took care of us immediately and had us back on the road within about 20 minutes. Fast, professional service when we really needed help. Truly appreciated their quick response and great customer care. Highly recommend.
