Amazing experience! Everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They fixed my tire very quickly while still being careful and thorough. You can truly tell the employees here are honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find nowadays. Super grateful for their help and excellent service. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleThey stole my wheel lock Key!!!! Yesterday, I went to get my tire patched up and when they were returning my wheel lock key, I immediately noticed that this was not my key. I tried to talk to the guy who worked on my tire and he tapped someone else on the shoulder to help me instead as he continued to walk away. Multiple staff argued with me that this is a wheel lock key and went as far as to Google images to prove a point, but no one would listen to me that this was wrong, it was not my original key that I handed to them at the start of the service. They argued that they didn't charge me and that they had no cameras to check, they gave me back the $10 tip I gave the guy before I knew he stole my key. And said that If I go to Lexus and get a new key replacement, that they will reimburse me. Why would you offer that if you didn't do anything wrong?! As a local returning customer, I trusted this place, I would have never thought that they would be capable of such corrupt behavior. My car including the original factory wheel lock key were a generational gift passed down from my grandparents, that I cherish. I am beyond hurt and disappointed that a place I previously trusted to provide top service for me, would stoop so low as to take the opportunity to steal from both myself and my grandparents. It says that this is a family owned business, but they stole my property. All I wanted back is what was rightfully mine. No one helped me, they didn't even question the guy who worked on my car, they didn't care. To the owner of this establishment - I wonder are you proud of the kind of business you're operating? Is this the kind of deceitful contribution you wanted to make to the people in the community of Glendale!? If not, prove me wrong - reply back and return my rightful property. I'll wait.

I've bought tires, had brake job, brake flush and oil changes done here. Shout out to Fred for his kindness and honesty because most shops quote me outrageous prices for work my SUV doesn't even need.
