America's Tire

Rain helps the pot holes grow and the tires to get flat! We were about to get inside of our car when we looked down and saw a flat tire. After putting on the spare, we looked up the nearest America’s Tire and headed to the Glendale location. The place was more happening than a nightclub. A nice employee had to help direct traffic in the parking lot so all of the vehicles could fit. We waited a couple minutes until we spoke to Kaden at the counter. He was exceptionally helpful and carried himself in a professional manner. Kaden searched his data system to replace our flat with the same tire but the Glendale store did not have it in stock. Being from out of town, we could not wait several days. Kaden told us they had one in Pasadena. Previously, my husband had purchased our current four tires from a different America’s Tire and added a warranty for them. This system worked out wonderfully for us. It is proving to be a good value. I am glad he had the foresight to do purchase the warranty. We recommend that option for others. Both locations did good work but we felt that the Glendale store excelled in areas of customer service. We did get a tire replaced that day. Thank you for helping our car and making sure we were safe while on these wet roads.

Don't waste your time at this America's tire go to another location. My initial visit was to get a tire rotation the technician couldn't even get his handheld machine to read the depth on my tires and I didn't even get the rotation done. I ended up purchasing a rear wiper blade the same employee could not install the blade i installed it myself the next morning. the quality and fitment of their blade was terrible, it didn't have the natural curve like the original, it didn't make an audible clicking sound when I installed it, and aesthetically it looks like garbage! I had to wait in the lobby for about 5 minutes for them to figure out the refund but it felt like 15. come to find out I couldn't get a refund the same day either, they have to get corporate to mail me a paper check which could take up to 4 weeks. At least I "might" get the refund but this is ridiculous! The reason they said I had to get a check mailed from corporate was because I didn't return the same day. I'm never coming here again. (and that same guy damaged my vehicle if you reference the picture) the internal plastic clips of the covering wasn't necessary to remove to replace the blade either

This place is awesome! Their prices their warranties their customer service everything about this chain is top tier. I highly suggest getting warranties for things they have saved my butt on numerous occasions. The customer service here is just phenomenal.

Good stuff. My friend suggested I go here instead of Costco and I'm glad she did. The prices were great, tires were solid, and the service was outstanding-- they actually forgot to change the windshield wipers but I call them back and they were waiting for me when I returned and I even upgraded me to premium pair to make up for the error. Old school professionalism and service. Highly recommended for incredible value

Great customer service, even when it’s super busy. I had a nail in my tire and needed a repair. I showed up on a Saturday when the shop was slammed. I got put in a virtual queue right away to have my vehicle checked out. Justin took a look and gave me a reasonable expectation of the wait for the repair. His estimate was spot on, and I was back on the road at almost the exact time he told me it would be ready. This was my first time back at this shop after having had my wheels and tires installed there, and both times the staff were super friendly, professional, and fast. Great tire shop.
