My wife went last week and did not have a pleasant experience. She doesn't know much about cars and I was out of town, she went in to see if they could help her find the reason for a noise by the tire. I am not sure who helped her but they were dismissive and she really did not feel comfortable being there anymore. I get it might not be easy dealing with people who don't know about cars but that's why they go to places like this. To get answers. Sad to see that customer service is thrown out the window and it does not matter any more. I wish we had gotten the name of the employee but I hope this type of customer treatment gets adjusted.

Do not come here. They are a scam. They "mickey moused" me on my brake pads, I needed all four of my brake pads changed, and they only changed 1,and charge me for a full set, not only that, but also I caught one of them, smoking inside my car,when I'm allergic to smoke.

After a recommendation from a co-worker, I bring my car (2011) here anytime I need work done. Alex is honest and will take the time to figure out what needs to be done. He takes time to get to know his clients and has an excellent memory. I do not live close to this repair shop, but will make the trek from The Valley to visit Alex. Highly recommend this shop!

The smog test people are very friendly, although there was a little bit of a wait. But they did their job well because they check my car carefully. The smog test price is $60, which is pretty reasonable, given that they did a great job! Other places are insanely expensive. Go here to get your smog test instead. You will not regret it!
