My car was hit in a parking lot by an unknown driver, and I had to start looking for a repair shop. Tim was recommended to me, and I’m so glad I found him. Tim, his wife, and his team are all very nice, humble, and professional. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My car was repaired quickly, and the price was very reasonable. I truly appreciate their help. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleI have called over Torrance and Gardena trying to get a same-day vehicle repair done. The driver side window stopped working and I wanted to get it fixed before the higher temps roll in. Ana took my call and said I could bring the car in right after I hung up the phone. I got there and Tim assessed the problem and told me what needed to be done in 8.5 seconds. He let Ana know, she got me a quote, and let me know the part would have to be ordered. Before I could feel bad about putting it off she informed the part could ordered and there shortly. The part came in, they did an awesome job, let me know the part I had replaced had been replaced previously with an after-market part and let me have a look. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend heading to Promise Auto for service!!!
