This is a very great shop and excellent customer service. I’ve tried other shops and nothing made me feel close to what this shop offers. They’re highly trained and don’t play around, take pride in their work and are very honest. It’s almost impossible to find a shop like this! I’m a knowledgeable person and they know how to talk to you and explain things. To whoever reads this, this is the review you should acknowledge. Benny made it happen and I don’t think I got to thank him enough in person. Also he went a little and further beyond on a fitting he repaired for my exhaust and stood his ground and worked around my transmission and custom mounts, custom suspension design and made his own brackets that other shops are too chicken or not skilled at all. They offer many services, highly recommended

I had a great experience at Pro Mufflers Auto Repair. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The quality of work really stood out — you can tell they take pride in what they do and pay attention to detail. They were also very timely, getting the job done quicker than I expected without cutting any corners. Communication was clear throughout the whole process, and they took the time to explain everything so I felt confident in the work being done. Customer service was top-tier — friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the level of quality you receive. I came here cos my catalytic converter got stolen for the second time, it's so frustrating. I came in after reading the reviews, he was honestly chill and worked with me, and gave me a fair price, I booked a rental car for the time being and dropped my car and he fixed it hrs later, he's very fast! I cancelled my booking and picked up my car swiftly. I recommend this shop. He is very understanding and knows what he's doing.

Benny was busy when I arrived, but he still took the time to look at my car right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, for a very, very reasonable price, had it fixed and got me back on the road in no time. He also offers maintenance and a range of other services.
