I had a great experience with Payless Tire & Wheels Inc. I called in with some questions about the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensor on my 2019 Chevy Traverse, and Ariel was incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner. When I brought my vehicle in for the TPMS sensor replacement, Ariel continued to provide outstanding customer service. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism shown. I will definitely be returning for any future tire or maintenance needs. Highly recommended!

This place ripped me off. Don't go if your a single female. They lied to me and charged me for a tire they never put on. They are a scam. I wouldn't go there. I spent hundreds of dollars at this place and they dont do good work. Its sloppy work and they dont care. Take your car somewhere else if you want the job done right and want quality and trustworthy mechanics. They dont do what they say. Total scam business.

He offered me coffee he found me a tire as well as rotated them for me as well 😫he’s heaven sent a the nicest person there ! I’m sure others are too but he made a life long impression on me ! Honest, price worthy, always willing to go beyond to help in any way possible. Mr. Ariel (owner of the shop) is by far the most admirable and humble man. As a woman, I always felt as if I was always taken advantage of since I have no clue about cars, but coming to his shop was the best wrong turn I have ever taken! This family owned tire shop is the place to go if you are looking for great prices and A+ work. I've been going to this shop for almost 10 years and will continue to do so.
