Mark was extremely helpful, and the store manager got me in promptly and took care of everything I needed. Everyone here is always so kind and professional. This is my second time coming to this location. I actually live in Downtown Los Angeles, but I make the drive to Gardena because the service is absolutely impeccable. I almost didn’t want to leave this review because I don’t want them to get too busy—but people deserve to know where to find great service. I’m confident the management team will continue maintaining the same high standard, even as more customers discover this location. Thanks again for another great experience! When I first entered, I was met by Ernest Secma. He was a nice guy, very personable and easy to speak with and also very hard working. He ended up finding me really good tires at a reasonable price. I wanted to pay around 300 but he found me something that was a little bit higher in price, however he did the best he could to work with my budget. I will plan to go back and get my oil changed in a few weeks. Ernest is a great manager and someone I will go back and do business with. God bless you all.

I visited today after hitting a pothole, having called multiple times to confirm my tire would be ready for a 2:00 PM replacement. While Levi was helpful and professional, the service fell apart once Gio took over. Despite seeing six employees standing around, my car sat untouched for 40 minutes. I eventually had to leave without the service being performed. While I initially hoped to become a long-term customer, this experience was disappointing. I ended up going elsewhere, where I received faster service and a better price

They went over what services they were performing and gave me an eta as to when my vehicle would be finished. Price was fair for the service I received. When my other vehicle needs new tires I will be using them again.

Cesar set me up over the phone and was able to find the tires I inquired about he ordered them and the were hear next do. Going to the actually location Alex helped me the rest of the way. Great customer service too! They gave discounts without even me asking (they actually beat out all other competitors¡. Also, there recommendations werent pushy at all, not like most car repair shops.
