Just avoid this place. Perhaps the most unprofessional service I have experienced from a company. Received a tire with a large patch and very sketchy sidewall damage. He is simply making up the response to this - I did not spend that much, so Im thinking it's just a generic random response. I would not purchase anything here, and had to dispute the transaction with my card because he would not work with me. I was able to get my money back through my bank because of how dishonest this company is. If he changed his ways he would likely have better ratings.

I bought two Michelin Pilot Sport 4s’s for $460. Def not cheap for a used tire. Shows me the tread and they are as described. I then follow his driver to a tire shop about 15-20 mins away. The shop does a great install. I then get home and realize he sold me two different tires (one is a sport 4S and one is just a Sport 4). - Yes a similar tire but clearly not as described and advertised!!! I then messaged asking for a partial refund as I knew he didn’t have a matching 4S. So I am reasonable and ask for $100 back since this was his mistake and he sold me an inferior product. He replies he can’t! He made a mistake, sold me the wrong item and wouldn’t credit me anything. But here’s the kicker. I decided he wasn’t worth my time and I go and just buy a new set from a reputable shop the SAME DAY and assume my $460 as a loss. The tire tech shows me the inside of one of Tires and it has a cut in the inner sidewall!!! It def still held air, but was structurally compromised. - I don’t know to look for these and I assumed Fred would have. Not only did he sell me two different tires, not willing to give any credit back, he sold me a Dangerous tire! I drive quite a bit in the canyons and the occasional track day. If that sidewall failed… it would have been disaster. DO NOT DO business here. The owner is unethical and only cares about short term gains. In hindsight I am so glad he didn’t give me my $100 as that saved me from a possible tire failure. I added photos of our conversation and the tear in the inner sidewall.

Called to confirm whether the SET OF 4 TIRES is AO (Audi Original) since it isn’t mentioned in the description and there are no sidewall photos. He said it was “too much work” to check. Glad you are this lazy, because that led me to see how many bad reviews you've got. Also, responses to customer reviews are simply childish. Seems like everyone is scamming you :D

DO NOT COME HERE Farhad, the owner had listed a set of tires online and I contacted him and we agreed on a price, I told him that I am driving over 1 hour so if they are sold to please let me know beforehand, and I confirmed this twice. When I arrived to buy the tires he didn’t have the ones I had requested and instead tried to sell me 5 other sets of tires, some were not even my size. And he insisted that 1 and a half hour drive is nothing and that he didn’t waste my time. Shady business and a slimy owner. Do not come here

Purchased a tire from them online and they sent me a tire that three different tire shops refused to mount. It was not only six years old, but it had cracks on the bead and a broken belt. I called them and they were not unwilling to take the tire back.
