My experience with ACG and manager Richard Hurtado was excellent. I came with an idea but he had a better one and it was perfect! He was considerate in pricing and estimated time of repair. His team were very courteous, professional and polite, and most of all, when the repair was made to my BMW X3, my vehicle looked brand spanking new🥰 I wish I had another vehicle that needed repair, they were that good. I highly recommend ACG/ manager Richard for being the exception to the norm👍🏽 you can thank me later!🥰. Nevada resident 🌹

I am so thankful to Richard and the rest of the crew here. They did a perfect job on my Mercedes. They were certified by Mercedes and that’s how I found them. Job was flawless. Car was as good as new. And they did such an impeccable job cleaning my car too! I feel like I got a detailed car wash for free. They were always so kind! Also thanks for the awesome snacks in the lobby. Best service all around!

I had an excellent experience with this shop for my Tesla repair. The work was done with great attention to detail, and my car looks brand new again (windshield replacement and body repair). The turnaround time was reasonable, and Richard kept me updated throughout the process. He even came in on a Saturday morning so I can pick it up (due to my work schedule). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy Tesla-certified repair shop.

I was rear ended and the back of my car got really dented. My dealership connected me with Jason Covarrubias from Auto Collision Group Gardena and he took really good care of me and my car. I had never gone through something like this, but Jason was kind enough to guide me through the process. He did a better job than my insurance company. My mom was with me, and as a very Mexican mother she had MANY questions, but Jason was kind, patient, and knowledgeable when answering each of them in SPANISH (great bilingual skills!!). He also made sure we got refreshments while waiting for the intake of my car, and helped arrange my rental car pick up. Jason made this stressful process much easier to navigate!!! Overall, I am happy I took my car here. They not only did a great job with the car, but the communication throughout was excellent. Joaquin Moreno kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure I knew when my insurance talked with them. When I picked up my car I realized they had also washed and cleaned it, which I did not expect them to do. I definitely recommend this shop! Attached are some before and after pics for reference on their great work :)
