I can’t say enough good things about Fisk Automotive. Finding a shop that balances high-quality work with genuine honesty is rare, but these guys nailed it. Christian was amazing. He was fair and honest about the work my car actually needed, keeping me updated the entire time. No hidden agendas or surprise fees, just great service. John is a top-tier mechanic. My car feels incredibly solid, and you can tell the work was done right the first time. Joel, the manager, is awesome. He’s extremely friendly, and before I headed out, he told me, “Welcome to the Fisk family.” That personal touch really meant a lot. Christian and the crew at Fisk were extremely nice and informative, each time I spoke to someone, they were patient and made me feel comfortable. My repair was major and they worked with me to get the right price and solution, always professional and with kindness. As soon as the parts came in, they repaired my vehicle very quickly! I am a very satisfied customer and can't recommend them enough!

Joel and Ethan in the front office do an excellent job of making you feel at home and explaining complex repairs in a way that makes sense to the layperson. Their digital inspections are second to none and give the customer confidence in their diagnoses and recommendations. The repairs and bill were as approved with no surprises, and reasonable. These guys stand out like a diamond in the rough against other, less scrupulous shops. 100% recommend!

After years of going to the dealership for service on my 2016 Tacoma, I went to Fisk with major estimates and the wrong diagnosis from the dealer. Fisk quickly figured out what was really going on and went to work to get me back behind the wheel. My Tacoma is running great again and I could not be happier. Special shout out to Ethan V. for always keeping me informed to make the best decision on the parts and services I needed. To John C the “pro wrench” that did the diagnostics and repairs and service - I appreciate you!!! Ditto for any other crew members that were involved.
