I called ahead of time a day before to schedule an appointment for a tire rotation, I was told on the phone I don’t need an appointment and that I could just walk in. Keep in mind I work 8-5, so I wanted to make sure my services were going to be done if I arrived after 5. I left work early, arrived at the shop at 5:05 only to be told I needed an appointment. I understand workers want to go home on time, which is the reason I had called to make the appointment, if I would’ve known ahead of time, I could’ve made other arrangements to make sure my tire rotation was done. Nothing against the workers, but next time inform me I need an appointment, I have a busy schedule so my time is essential.

Came in recently and bought two tires I needed before they fell apart. The customer service was great but there must have been something wrong with the installation. My car now drifts to the left very bad, and just 3 days later a tire that was rotated is now flat and unable to hold air. Now I need another tire and have to spend more money after I was spent on my way. Bro also couldn't get my phone number down right for some reason. 3 stars cause this is the first time I've ever had issues with this establishment.

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to give a shoutout to Paolo and his team. I recently had surgery and couldn’t bring our vehicle in myself for a nail repair, so my wife went in on my behalf. Paolo treated her with professionalism and respect throughout the entire process. He wasn’t a pushy salesman and didn’t try to upsell her on anything. Instead, he clearly explained the situation, walked her through multiple options to fix the issue, and even looked into the pricing for two additional tires that showed more tread wear than expected based on the warranty. Although the tires had an 85k-mile warranty, we had only driven about 40k-50k miles and the tread was already down to 4/32". Paolo and his team prorated the difference and applied it toward new tires since we had originally purchased them there. His honesty and transparency gave us real peace of mind. Thank you, Paolo, for going above and beyond!

Needed tires and the staff were friendly and informative. They gave us options and showed us the various reviews on the tires in stock. The info showed the medium priced tires were going to be the best bang for our money. They were rated as high or higher than the Michelin tires we were looking at! Thank you Sean and team!

Waited over an hour waiting for assistance. All three workers stood around not wanting to help. Kept talking on their phones to help random callers and ignoring customers in front of them in person. Lazy and slow workers. They had no intention of helping until another customer got out of her car to come complain that there was a whole line of people waiting. Workers suddenly got scared and finally came. But didnt want to help for over an hour
