I don’t trust car shops at all. But I trust Sinaloa Auto, my radiator busted a couple days ago and I basically saved myself 500 bucks by choosing these guys. Brought the radiator myself but still would have been the better price without it between other shops around. Everything’s been fine since then and I’m here today for an oil change for another very good price. Customer service is great and they treat you as if you’ve been there already 😂. Great shop overall check them out!.

I had a terrible experience with Sinaloa Auto Parts. They didn’t install my windshield correctly, and I could hear air pockets while driving on the freeway. When I brought this issue to their attention, the owner, Manuel, didn’t believe me and insisted on a test drive to prove it. The entire time, his attitude was condescending and unprofessional, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I felt like I had to walk on eggshells just to communicate with them about fixing the problem they caused. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Update* in response to the reply. Good luck taking your car the second time for the same issue and their own parts, you will not have a positive response, they will pretty much let you know that they are not working for free and there will be a cost It used to be better, but last time I went the mechanic told me right before paying that the work done had no warranty. I guess I could have said no and most likely he would try to reverse whatever they did. Honestly you at the mercy of them damaging your car out of spite if you get into an argument. So I paid and left
