Excellent customer service provided from everyone I came in contact with. Mr. Ray squeezed me in last minute and provided so much information with great details. Very clean, lively, and welcoming. Prices our more than fair, they are great. Outstanding service over all. Wish I can give them 10 stars. Averi Mino said it! As soon as services are need, I will return with the quickness!!!!!! Thank you for your patience with me and my mother and thank you for breaking down information for me to have a better, no a great understanding to what was going on. You all Rock!!!!!! Shoot they so cool ..Kendrick should have spot lighted their location in they not like us...4real 4real. lol Don't hesitate to go! They will not let you down!

Hand down the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Honest and straight forward and they keep their deadlines. I took my 2006 SUV to Lopez Auto Service & Tire. It was giving off strong exhaust fumes, running rough and several other issues that I had ignored for a while. I was greeted by Ray who was very professional and patiently listened to all of my concerns (there were several). They checked out my SUV thoroughly What followed is what I believe makes this place an excellent choice. Not only was I shown what the problems were, (main issue was the exhaust manifold with a long crack (no wonder the fumes)) but I was provided with options without any pressure or fast-talk. We discussed in detail which were priorities and which could wait. The prices quoted were very reasonable, I made my choices and agreed to the work.. Kevin and Peter worked on my car. As the work progressed, I would receive texted explanations of the work being done, and pictures of parts removed and parts installed. I really appreciated that. They are very knowledgeable and did an excellent job, going beyond what I expected in terms of quality and efficiency. When I picked up my car, all the work done was reviewed with me, there were no surprises nor confusion. All upfront and honest work. When I drove away, I was extremely pleased with the performance, it actually drove like new! I am very happy with this experience and with everyone I communicated with. I truly value a place that I can trust. They exceeded my expectations with excellent and honest service. I recommend this business.

I came a few minutes before closing time and they were willing to help me out. My charger lighter stopped working due to the fuse going out. Come to find out there was also a nail stuck in the lighter as well and they charged me at no cost! They were extremely helpful and friendly. Will be coming back next time, thank you guys again for your service! 🙌🏾
