I came to Carlitos Auto Repair to inspect a Toyota Avalon I found on Facebook Marketplace, and I honestly had an amazing experience. Carlos was extremely thorough and professional and really helped save me from buying a car with multiple hidden problems. He took the time to fully inspect the vehicle, test drove it on the freeway with the scanner connected, explained everything clearly, and even helped me understand what a fair price would’ve been for the seller. I really trusted his advice and felt safe knowing he was being honest with me instead of just trying to make money. Super knowledgeable, patient, and detailed. 100% recommend if you need a pre-purchase inspection or honest mechanic advice!

I once brought my car here, and the man, Don Elejo, kept it for months. One day, I decided to go get it because I could see he wasn't working on it. When I opened the door, mice ran out. When I opened the glove compartment, a rat ran out, and the insurance papers and everything else were eaten by rats. It also smelled like rat urine, along with droppings, and there was a lot of hair on the carpet. I don't know if it was rat or cat hair. From that day on, I said I'd never go back to this man. I'd rather throw my car in the trash than bring it to this place.
