Lol, where do I begin? If I could give 0 stars, I would. Buckle up. Tony told me my AC repair would be done by 6 PM, then changed it to 10 AM the next day after I had already planned around work. On the phone, he was rude, fast talking, mentioned he may have “undercharged” me, told me to pick up my car, and HUNG UP on me. When I arrived, my car was still taken apart with the shop about to close. Tony seems to believe that because he speaks both English and Spanish, he is somehow smarter than everyone else and can disrespectfully talk circles around customers. In person, Tony RAISED his tone, used FOUL language, and I had to calmly tell him to speak to me with respect. I never raised my voice or cursed. When I picked up the car, he rushed the handoff like he hoped I would leave without noticing the AC felt exactly the same. I came back before leaving to ask about the warranty, and he immediately refunded me with no questions asked. What honest shop do you know that does that? When he gave me my money back, he repeatedly yelled that he had money and did not need mine while flaunting dollar bills. And it didn’t end there lol. After giving me the refund, this man came back to my car and tried to check the AC himself because he clearly did not want to admit the repair had failed, even after HE had already refunded me. It ended with him embarrassed because my AC was still blowing hot. Even after all that BS, he still tried to get more money out of me by offering to “fix” what they could not fix. I told him thanks, but nah. Now my car makes a new noise when I accelerate with the AC on, which it never did before they worked on it. Marin was more cool, but he still tried to sweet talk me about the “repairs” and said I needed a condenser and compressor to make the AC an “ice box.” Those are two of the most expensive parts of the entire AC system, so why did they offer to replace a useless valve first if I practically needed a whole new AC system? Oh that’s right to get more money from the customer The repair failed, my AC is worse, and now my car has a new noise. Sloppy, dishonest, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop to someone I hated. AVOID THIS PLACE.
