I have beautiful new top rated quality tires on both my cars, something i would never be able to afford before fixgo. I now get better gas milage by 10% or more. Its fun to drive again. Fixgo customer support was 100% on my side when I needed them. If you are hesitant to buy tires on line, you need not be. I got my tires installed the next day. These are not blem tires. 3 year road hazzard warranty free on the brand i got. Do yourself a favor and get new tires before you are stuck with a flat. Summer is coming a n d thats when extremely dangerous high speed blow outs happen. You can thank me later

DO NOT BUY A TIRE FROM THEM. I purchased a set of tires from them. Two weeks later the tire started leaking air. I called their customer service. Their response, if installation issue the tire shop will fix it. If it is a defect in the tire, we will refund you once we have inspected the tire. What if I want the tire replaced? WE DON’T replace the tire. Whatever money you will be saving IS NOT WORTH THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE BASICALLY ON YOUR OWN IF A PROBLEM OCCURS. Not worth it!!! I wish I had never worked with them.

The tires seem to perform really well. The reason I’m giving three stars is because of the customer service. It’s not the best. They called me the first time to inform me that the shop I paid to install my tires had an emergency and had to close the facility. I appreciate that, but after that, I didn’t hear anything from them, and if I hadn’t called customer service, I wouldn’t have known that the tires were going to be delivered to a different shop than the one I agreed on. I waited a week and heard nothing from them. As a customer, I expect better communication. They emailed me back saying all my tires were ready at the new location, and if I kept waiting, I’d be charged a storage fee. Why would they charge me? It should have been either customer service from the website or the store that was going to install them, which was Y Tires in Alhambra where the tires actually were. So, customer service is not the greatest. The prices are good, but the tires I got are three years old, so I wonder how long they will last. Maybe that’s why they’re on sale.

The website has multiple tire brands at great prices. I was looking to replace all 4 tires on one of my vehicles. The prices at local shops were too expensive. Fixgo had a sale going on a good quality reliable tire at a great price. I placed the order without any problems. It was fast, convenient and no hidden cost. I'll definitely would continue to purchase any future tires at Fixgo website.
