Gateway automotive has always taken great care in providing the services my car needs. Very professional and the staff are awesome. They have taken test drives with me so I can point out what is going on. Always fixed or performed the maintenance needed without any problems. At one point I wasn't charged for the service of something they took care of. Grateful to have a dependable place to take care of my automobile needs.

This is my second time going to this shop. The downside of the shop is the service. It’s too good. They are nice, friendly, and have integrity. Once the car is fixed, I left trying to figure out what else could be wrong, just so I can go back sooner. I would just go hang out with them, but they are busy giving superior service to other customers and I would hate to get in the way. I also appreciate they were nice to my kids.

Gateway is my go to shop for all my automotive needs. They always get my vehicle in quickly and explain exactly what is going on with my vehicle. Doug (the owner), Nathan, Victor, every staff member I have encountered has been professional, helpful and friendly. I feel confident that they are being honest with me. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle there.

They got started on my car right away & it was done in an hour I appreciated that I also really like the new detailed service text you get showing what they checked with pictures included. Awesome customer service. I love how thorough they check your vehicle.

The truth is, I had never heard of this place until it was recommended to me by another individual, upon making the arrangement to have my vehicle towed in, to diagnose of my Dodge Challenger, Victor there made sure to stay in contact with me, Victor let me know the cost of the diagnose, and repairs upfront. What he quoted is what I was charged. I could’ve taken the vehicle to the previous place that worked on my vehicle, however after encountering my experience with Gateway Automotive it was apparent my decision was made, I would rather take my business to this automotive business, The customer Service in Today’s market was absolutely Great. I would 100% recommend this Shop for vehicle needs.
