Pacific Tire

Really disappointed with Pacific Tire service. I came here for a used tire, but it went flat right after I left. I assumed they would make it right since I just bought it from them, but they forced me to pay an additional $30 for a patch. It's a scam to sell a tire that doesn't hold air and then charge the customer extra to make it functional. Save your money and go somewhere that actually has warranty or basic integrity.

They patch my tire (2023 Honda Passport Trailsport) in like 15 minutes good reliable service

Be careful of the SCAM EMPLOYEE CHARGING $40; he tends to INCREASE his prices depending on the car you drive. The other man has great integrity; the other not so much, not sure if he is pocketing the extra money. Unfortunately, due to his shady practices, I’m never going back. FYI, I went in for a tire repair. Make sure to read the comments from other people who were also charged $40 when it usually cost $20.

I visited this tire shop the morning of New Years Eve as my usual tire shop down the street was closed and they tried charging me $45 for tire rotation. I told them my shop typically charges me $20 and he looked at me and said “Ok $40 then”. It is obvious that he inflated my cost because I’m a woman. He didn’t even check tire pressure or anything. My shop usually does and I tip them. I wouldn’t come here ever again.

I liked that they were open at 7 AM on a Saturday. I was able to get my tire repaired quick and start my day. very professional,nice clean shop.
