I am a good customer for the last 18 yrs since I moved to Chino Hills. Good quality tire service. I trust their service and reliability. Thanks to operational manager and servicemen. When you buy new tires, I highly recommend the wheels alignment along with them. Good wheel alignment gives much better performance on the new tires.

I had a disappointing experience at America’s Tire this morning when I brought in my car because one of the tires was losing air. The staff informed me that if they removed and inspected the tire and determined that it could not be repaired, they would not reinstall the original tire. This meant that I would effectively have to purchase a replacement tire from them in order to drive my vehicle away. Although this was explained to me before the inspection, the situation still felt like a forced sales tactic. I only wanted to have the tire inspected and repaired if possible, but I did not feel that I had a realistic choice once the tire was removed. A customer should not feel pressured into purchasing a new tire simply because they agreed to an inspection. I completely understand that a tire shop should not reinstall a tire that is unsafe. However, the way this policy was presented made me feel uncomfortable and pressured to buy a replacement tire from that specific location. I ultimately decided not to proceed with the service. I walked out the store after I felt frustrated. Customers should be able to request an inspection without feeling that they may be forced into an immediate purchase. The entire experience felt more focused on selling a tire than helping me evaluate my available options.

I would like to leave a great review for America’s Tire. I’ve been going there for tire checks to make sure my tires have enough air, and the staff is always helpful and willing to recommend what I need. I’ve also had my windshield wipers replaced there, and the representatives are always pleasant, professional, and courteous. Today I was assisted by Gabriel with my wipers and Danny with checking my air pressure. My hats go off to both of you for your outstanding customer service. Even though I’m disabled, you all are always patient, kind, and very helpful. Thank you again for always taking care of me and making every visit a positive experience.

-- Feb 18, 26 - Updated my rating to 5 stars. Frank and Jovey followed up promptly and resolved the issue. Their service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you! I have been a customer of this location for decades. All four tires were replaced on February 6, 2026, at a cost exceeding $1,200. Immediately after leaving the store, the TPMS tire pressure display stopped working. I contacted the store right away to report the issue and was advised to return. I returned on February 9, 2026, at which time the technicians connected an OBD-II scanner and performed a reset. They confirmed that the OBD system was able to read the tire pressure correctly. However, the tire pressure still does not display on the vehicle’s dashboard. I was then informed that there was nothing further they could do beyond resetting the system and that I would need to take the vehicle to another shop to have the issue resolved.

Don't have names but form the front desk to the person servicing our car, service was exceptional! We would advise purchasing the certificate insurance! They have always honored their commitment to repair or replace at no charge! We've tried many other tire sales locations and between my wives SUV and my truck America's Tire is the only place we go for our tires! Great selection of tires, excellent service.
