We were heading up to SF on a Sat evening when our tire pressure alert triggered, one mile away from the nearest exit. We were not only lucky to be able to find a shop, but also very close and willing to help. These guys helped us to fix our flat tire even though it was almost closing time. It wasn’t a standard nail, but a very ugly hole that needed a special patch. Couldn’t thank them enough for doing a great job, we made it safe to SF and we are very grateful.

I had a great experience at MB Auto Center in Castaic. Right before heading out on vacation, I ended up with a flat tire and was pretty stressed about getting it handled quickly. The team here stepped in right away and took care of everything. Not only did they fix the flat, but they also checked all my tires and made sure each one had the proper air pressure so I could travel safely. What really stood out to me was their honesty and generosity—they didn’t charge me anything for the help. It’s rare to come across that kind of service these days. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to anyone in the area.

MB Auto is hands down the best auto mechanic shop in Castaic and Santa Clarita Valley. They are very honest and efficient. No hidden charges, no adding things on that you do not need. Theyvare very straightforward. Byron and his crew are very knowledgeable, friendly and work in a timely manner to get you back on the road. It's hard finding trustworthy mechanics, but after our initial experience here this past weekend, we have found our go to place. Thanks Byron and crew!!

MB Auto was outstanding. My SUV was towed here last night, they diagnosed it first thing in the morning and had the necessary parts ordered and on the way well before noon. They clearly presented my options in terms of quality, cost, and timing, and left the decision entirely up to me. Mike was especially great to work with - very professional, respectful, and straightforward. I felt treated fairly throughout the process, and never once felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the decisions. They had me back on the road the same day, which I deeply appreciated. The level of professionalism, efficiency, and integrity really stood out. I highly recommend MB Auto, and I’m especially grateful to Mike for his excellent service.

My 2015 Ford Escape (of all times in the day 1:30 on a Saturday- when you need anything appointment) my car interior lights decide to malfunction. My husband and I tried all the utube do it yourself videos to no avail. I called at least 4 auto shops b4 calling MB (no one could take me) i didnt want my car battery to die and have to have it towed somewhere. So I called MB Auto and they tell me to come right in 2:30 by 3:15 the fix it. So happy, so relieved and extremely grateful for Mike the mechanic that took care of it, and being so honest and not saying "other " stuff had to be done. If you're ever in need or just want routine check ups please stop by MB, im a very skeptical person and I now will gladly take my car to them for service.
