My car was struck by a garbage truck in LA and promptly transported to Victory Auto Body just down the street from where the accident occurrred. I met with John at Victory who received my car, established a warm rapport with me and immediately made me feel better about having to leave my car so far from where I live. I was informed via text on the process of repairs and the process itself was seamless! I received my car back on time and the workmanship was flawless!!! Excellent in every way!!! Thank you to the staff and technicians at Victory! I’m back on the road with confidence!!!!!!

I took my car to get the rear end fixed. They were really helpful and nice. The insurance company was going to total my car and they helped explain what would be the good part about getting it fixed and the reason not to. They quoted me a price from the start and it didn’t change in the end. They held my car for a couple weeks while I was talking and waiting on the insurance company. Mike was very helpful and they were not pushy for me to make a decision. Once I gave them the ok to fix it, they only had it a few days. When they went to start it the battery had died, so they gave me a new one and changed it for me at no charge. I would go back to them if I needed to.

Jenny was incredibly helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. She took a few photos, told me to head home, and said I'd receive the estimate within an hour—completely free of charge. Everything happened exactly as she said, and the estimate arrived promptly. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism.
