If you need a pre purchase inspection, (PPI) for a used vehicle, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. I asked the owner on the phone for one and what does he say when I came to pay for the report? "No PPI, I did a visual inspection and you should trust my word." What a waste of time and money. Also come to find out he knew the owner of the dealership. So yeah be careful, these guys probably work with each other just to scam people into buying lemons.

My family has been going to this shop for over 20 years! I've recently been dealing a lot of maintenance issues that are all happening at once. Tigran and his guys have helped with everything- providing me with various options to go with, and letting me know ahead of time what the costs would be. They're quick with the repairs and I'm always able to pick up the car the next day. Yesterday, as I was picking up my car, Tigran showed me the parts that were broken and then lifted my car to show me what they replaced it with which I appreciated because it gave me a better understanding. As he was reversing my car out of the shop, he heard a noise and without any hesitation drove my car back onto the lift to see what the noise was, like a concerned parent/family member would do before letting them drive away.
