I took my Hybrid A3 E-tron Sportback here. Aaron helped me and was great. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without upselling. The work was done well and the prices are very fair. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleI own a auto repair shop. Whenever we run into a issue we cannot resolve we outlet our work to this shop. Back in 2022 I had a 2013 Chrysler 300 the customer reported they had got it diagnosed by another shop as a misfire due to blown head gasket. I sent over the vehicle to Aaron to rebuild engine. He called me a few hours later to tell me the cars ready and it would be just $300. The issue ended up just being a faulty fuel pump. My customer was in shock when i told her that her original estimate from $2800 would be just $300. The woman bought my whole staff lunch in excitement. Since that day I've increased the amount of work i send Aaron. The way he operates his business and the intensity of skilled work they do is unmatched. His technicians are seasoned veterans in the industry. In this industry its hard to find trustworthy shops. Aaron is well known and beloved in the Burbank Community. He is very easy to work with and just a genuine hard working family man. Keep up the great work brother!

When I realized I needed a brake job, I had no idea where to turn - and then I found Pit Stop. From the first encounter, Aarron and the team were polite, empathetic, and truly understood my situation. Being from Canada and dealing with a hefty exchange rate, I was worried about the cost, but they did their best to accommodate me and provide top-tier service. There is a reason their lot was full at 7:00 AM—these guys go the extra mile for their customers. If you’ve read this far, don’t hesitate. Pit Stop is a safe bet. Take it from a Canadian EH! :)
View on GoogleThey did a great job on my Suburban. I was having problems with my 2021 Suburban. I brought it to Pit Stop and they worked on it fast. They called me that day and found the issue. The technician took the time to video the repair. I thought that was pretty cool. Most repair shops keep you in the dark and don’t share much info.I have gone to them in the past for service and brakes.Just a good local shop. I highly recommend going to these guys. They do great work,at a fair price!
