Customer service was great! I needed to bring my car in on a Sunday morning and they got me in in 30 minutes. They ordered the part the day of and installed it too! I could have picked my car up the same day but I was busy so I picked it up the next morning. It was all super efficient and I was happy with my experience! They were not able to fix my exhaust leak but they recommended me to see a specialist for that service. They were able to fix the issue that was present with my coolant system. I appreciated that they communicated this all to me before they started with anything. Great service!

This shop was a lifesaver during our recent road trip to LA. I came in right when they opened on a busy holiday weekend. They were able to squeeze me in and repair a flat I got on the freeway the night before. Greg was honest and patient. I was so happy they were able to repair my tire, but he was transparent that I my tread was fairly low and I really should consider new tires sooner than later. Such wonderful customer service. Once they repaired my tire, they swapped out my spare like a F1 pit crew. Can't recommend this shop enough.

I had a great experience at Mountain View Tire & Auto Service on Magnolia in Burbank when I brought in my 2012 Prius to have the rear shocks replaced. The work was completed quickly and professionally, but what really stood out was the level of service. The team also rotated my tires at no additional charge and checked whether an alignment was necessary after the shock replacement. They could have easily recommended it, but they were honest and let me know it wasn’t needed. The front office staff was friendly, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that does solid work and treats customers with that level of integrity. I’ll definitely be returning for future service.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time now. Greg is amazing. I took my car in for an engine misfire and he walked with me through every single step of the process from pricing to weighing options on the most essential services. He answered my (too many) calls to the store with care and consideration. He is honest, thorough, and very good at what he does. I’m having an issue with the brakes now (something he’d mentioned would need to be addressed soon) and he’s the only person I trust to take a look. Thank you Greg and the whole team at Mountain View! It’s nice to know I have a place to take my car for help that I can count on.
