I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I was miles from home when my car started having issues, and to say I was panicked would be an understatement. VJ and his two sons went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and supported through the whole experience. They carefully diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel pressured or talked down to. What really stood out to me was how compassionate they were. After having a full-blown panic attack in their lobby, they treated me with kindness and patience, making sure I had a safe way to get home. They even called around to multiple towing companies on my behalf just to help me find the lowest price, which is something most shops wouldn’t take the time to do. As a woman, finding a mechanic I can truly trust has always been a struggle, but this family-run shop completely changed that for me. They made me feel welcome, respected, and cared for from start to finish. VJ especially took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car in a way that made sense and gave me peace of mind.
