I was recommended to Caliber Collision by a friend after getting a few ridiculously high quotes for a dented rear door. Jack gave me a very fair, honest estimate and got me back on the road in just 2 days. I was worried about the color match since my car is white but it looked amazing. View on Google⭐ 1 Star — Padded Estimate, Stay Away Received a preliminary estimate from Crash Champions Burbank for a roof glass replacement on my 2023 Tesla Model Y — $4,479.55. Tesla’s own service center quoted me $1,600 for the same job. The difference? Crash Champions loaded the estimate with procedures that have nothing to do with replacing a glass roof: high-voltage system deactivation, pyro disconnect, 1st responder disconnect, electrical isolation, 12V battery disconnect, frunk and cargo compartment removal, seat cushion R&I, and firmware installation. These are procedures for major structural or HV battery repairs — not a glass swap. If I hadn’t done my research, I would have paid nearly $3,000 more than necessary. Tesla owners beware — always get a second opinion and review every line item before authorizing any work
