These guys were amazing! I've had my car fixed here twice in two months. They replaced a broken engine mount for me in just a couple of hours! My 2010 Impala steering was stiff, they knew exactly what it was. I needed a steering pump. Again, the part came quickly and whiz! bang! ..in it went ...but oh no!!! Still stiff steering!? I had went with refurbished part to safe some $. ...they quickly exchanged the part and got another put back in quickly. NO EXTRA CHARGE! Nice guys. They'll give it to you straight. I'd send my grandmother over there.

I came to this place while visiting the Burbank area and chose them because of their positive reviews however i think they did a lazy job in diagnosing my car's issues and believe i was charged for a repair that didnt need to happen. I had an issue with my car starting and AAA said that it might be the alternator. I described the issue and symptoms and communicated what AAA mentioned but i asked them to diagnose further. A few hours later i call to find out that they replaced the alternator without ever confirming with me i wanted to move ahead with the repair, whats worse is that a few days later i was stranded at a rest stop with the same issue of the car not starting. Once i was able to return the car to the shop, they kept it for a few hours and said they couldnt find any issue the issue is still not reolved and they put me out several hundred dollars. I do not recommend them if you need an honest diagnoses vs a repair. Maybe take simple stuff like a brake job but not any real car issues. They will take advantage and scam you. Ive eventually learned it was not an alternator issue but a wiring issue from one of the transmission sensors.
