Free tire rotation done timely. I had come here the past 45 years when it was Western Tire, it changed hands after my last rotation in August so I was glad to see at least one of the old staff still working. If they can maintain the honest, straightforward, no ridiculous upselling service at reasonable costs that Western provided for 45 years I will continue to use them. My last purchase March 2026 was new struts all around on my 2019 MX5. I wanted a smoother ride than the OEM Bilstein’s and they recommended KYB’s over Koni’s and the KYB’s work well and have a much improved ride really enjoy the new feel! Today had them mount my new Konig rims from Fitment, did a great job!

I noticed one of my tires was losing air very quickly on my drive to work, so I called Big Brand Tire and Service on the way over. Not only were they open early in the morning, but they were able to take me right away and fix the issue immediately. To top it off, the tire repair was completely free! I’ve honestly never experienced such kind and efficient service, especially during a stressful situation. So grateful for their help and highly recommend them!
