This is the best auto mechanic experience I’ve ever had! Arabo and his team are so professional and kind. He checks in with you ant every stage of the service to make sure you know exactly what your car needs and ensure you are ready to commit to the service given costs and time before moving forward. He always has the client’s best interest at heart and is happy to do anything he can to make sure you feel confident in the service you received, and confident in your vehicle. I called Art’s Auto this past Saturday to make an appointment for this week. I got there before they opened. Once they opened and I told the mechanic why I was there, he remembered my phone call. He said the car would be ready in the early part of the afternoon. I told him I had an appointment prior to that and I needed the car sooner. When it was all said and done, my car was done by 10 am. Art’s Auto cares about their customers. They are honest and do great work. I’ve be going there for the past 3 1/2 years. I’m very happy with their service and will continue to have my car serviced there in the future.

This is one of those shops that remain so consistent in their excellent professional and personal approach to the work and customer interactions that regardless of having moved some miles away, it's worth the extra effort to return and trust them with our vehicles and time. Art and crew have never let us down. Their prices are reasonable, the work is quick and conscientious, and their approach is genuinely kind and personable. They are a local treasure.
