These men have been working on my car for years with no issues or complaints out of me at all. They are friendly and happy to service and help. The shop has heart and character. They will get the job done good and well at a good price and if they can't help you they do there best to lead you to the right place with a referral.

When I left the auto repair shop yesterday, I truly had to say that Mike is a professional technician who genuinely puts his customers first. He always stands in the customer’s shoes and carefully helps save both money and time. Most importantly, he focuses on truly solving the problem. I am very grateful for his professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly service attitude. His repair shop is truly our best choice for car repairs and maintenance.

I made a appointment to get my car checked and also replace the hv battery pack contacts positive and negative, also sent in all the documents to let the service writer know why I wanted them to inspect and replace under a priority campaign service bulletin. He said my car was out of warranty and I had to pay to get them replace. I explain to him the service bulletin, he said that nothing all it means that the looking to see if there's anything they need to check for the vehicle but it's not a recall. I ask him your not even going to inspect my vehicle he said no you have to pay to get the service. And I said to him you sure about that he said yes. So I get a hold of Tesla corporate they weren't happy they gave me the information I had already, but they where awesome. They told me exactly what the service center should of done when I came in with my car for the contacts replace. The service bulletin was a high priority to get the contacts replace on the vehicle that were effected. Parts we weak and could fail at anytime. That's why they make these service bulletin. Long story short I went back to service center to talk to manger. He was supposed to come out and speak to me a service writer went to get him, he said he will be out in a bit. So I waited never came out, but the same service writer came out instead and told me the manger went home for the day. It was 2:00 pm I didn't believe him so I ask him for the regional manager email and he hesitate to give it to me. Then he said the regional manager is aware of the situation and the manger. There both looking into the matter to see what they decide to do. I looked at him and I looked at my wife she couldn't believe what the service writer said to me. I thing he need more training and to learn more customer service. His job was to right up my car and have it inspected the proper way the service bulletin says how to check and correct the priority campaign. He was way off, and to this day I haven't heard from anyone it's been a weak and the manager or the regional manager hasn't email me or call me. Tomorrow i will go give them a visit and see what surprises they have for me. Wish me luck.

Mike and his brother Jacob are the real deal. As a single mom, I need mechanics that I can trust. Took my car in. Told me that my brake pads still had a 4-5 months and didnt need to be changed right now. Told me they are happy to change them if I want or I can save some money and wait. This is honesty! Highly recommended!

These guys treat you like family and are completely honest and do excellent work. Bottomline, they are decent God fearing people that treat people right. The only place I will take my cars from now on!
