Came in for a repair that I was quoted for at another shop when doing maintenance. I came in and was quoted at a much lower price. When I brought in my vehicle they checked it in case the repair was needed and for other faults. I was contacted and told that the repair did have to be done but eveything else was good. The repair itself was done in a timely manner and my vehicle drove great afterwards. Definitely recommend this shop, in fact I recommend it to my sister and she's had some repairs done there as well!

Star Auto always provides excellent customer service. They are very honest and reasonably priced. Rob and his staff are usually able to diagnose a problem within a few hours, and then immediately notify the customer of the problem, the estimated cost of repairs, and expected time for completion of work.

Star Auto was able to schedule an inspection within the same week and provide a detailed report of the work needed with pictures and videos. After receiving a quote for services and parts, we communicated effectively to proceed with the services of fuel filter exchange with cap to fix a diesel leak, an oil change and rear differential seal. Services requested were fast and professional. My truck runs great, and I will be returning for other services.

Rob & Danny listened to the problem I was having. They diagnosed it and presented me with an estimate of the work. They completed the work on time and at the price I was quoted. I have a 2011 Honda Odyssey and I could not see well at night because of the condition of the headlights. They cleaned them while the car was being repaired. Great job.

Brought my 2004 Corvette in to have a steering rack leak fixed. Charged a high amount and when lifting the car the did not use the required rubber pucks which caused permanent damage in the rocker panels that can not be repaired. While they did successfully fix the leak they damaged the steering rack while doing so and as described by the Chevy Dealership: "noticed the use of incorrect outlets on the steering stub shaft causing the inner shaft opening to go conical". This happened in April of 2025, I knew about the rocker panel damage (they failed to mention it though), but only now found out about the steering rack damage after service from Chevrolet.
