STAY AWAY!!!! These individuals are dishonest !!!!! I bought car paid cash and they still tried to do a hard inquiry on my credit, get my finger prints and whole bunch of shenanigans like I’m a criminal or I’m trying to finance a plane with 0 down. I paid cash and asked them where to park the vehicle I cane with because I’m from San Diego and will drive the new to me car home and will uber back to their location to drive the other car back. Since it’s out side of their working hours they said to park in their parking lot and that security is there and that there is no gate and that it safe to leave it there. In the evening my uber left me infront of STG and ofcourse the gates were locked, manager was not answering his phone security was told not to release any vehicles. They acted like I traded in a vehicle and I’m trying to steal it back or something. I have rental car fleet and my Range Rover was going out on a trip the next day, I didn’t have time to uber back at midnight back home then uber again 100 miles on the next day to pick my car up. Told them that I will call 911 and then security called someone and they let me get my own car out of their horrible location. Everything else would be good if they were a bit more honest. I Don’t recommend that place if you don’t know how to play their game I constantly update my fleet and I saw couple other cars I wanted to ass to my fleet listed online but the moment I saw STG I clicked the X without even thinking about

I just bought a car and it has a problem and went to drop off for service then they said it take a days and now they dont know when and the front desk(wendy) people dont even call you and let you know either. I have to call them then they told me. the service it really bad
View on GoogleThis has been the second time their mechanics have overfilled the engine with motor oil the first time was when I bought the car and had to drive to their service station to get a quarter removed. And the second time I took it in to get a complimentary oil change they did it again that I had to take it to another mechanic to remove the excessive oil AGAIN!!! From now on I will NOT be taking my car back here to get any kind of services let alone charge me $125 just to remove rubber strips of tire from when one of the tires blew up on me while on the road when I could’ve removed those bits of rubber myself but these guys want to charge you for any tiny little thing like give me a break here. Again do not take your car to this place for services you’re better off going to a pep boys or any other local mechanic to do the job right the first time!!!

View on GoogleThey give me the run around all the time. Can’t even get them to fix my vehicle, if I could give 0 stars I would. Went there 3 times still sent home with the same problem. They even put the wrong oil in my Audi. I had to figure it out on my own. Feels like I bought extra warranty for no reason.
