Anytime I’ve needed tires, they’ve had exactly what I was looking for, and always at a fair price. But what really keeps me coming back is how they treat you. They’re not pushy, they don’t try to upsell you—they actually take the time to explain things, give honest advice, and make sure you’re making the right decision. There have been times I’ve gone in not knowing what I needed, and they walked me through everything like I was family. That kind of service is hard to find nowadays. I’m always on the road for work, so having a tire shop I can trust is huge for me. This is one of the few places I feel comfortable sending my friends, family, and even my clients to—because I know they’ll be taken care of the same way I am. View on GoogleGreat service by the Owner Luis himself. I really don't get all this other people on why their upset. You pay for what you get for it's very simple. In my experience. No complaints, at all. They balance all 4 of my tires in a heart beat after I had my tires installed by another shop and failed miserably to balance them with the old school weights. Smart Tires used the stick on weights to balance to precision my tires in which i was really really happy. Luis and his crew are really busy and a little of bit of other clients speaking up can help them out a lot. Communication and speech is the key for an understanding. Thank you Luis. I'll definitely recommend them to many other people. And don't forget to communicate.
