Had a complex radiator intercooler for a hybrid truck that was leaking. These guys were no nonsense. Pressure tested and then welded the aluminum to get happiness. Far as i could tell this one of the last shop in the so cal area that does bonefide radiator repair. Kudos to the orozco team for keeping this critical capability going!!! It may not be a huge money maker (very competitive pricing with used parts but after buying 2 used ones that were also leaking) this seemed the way to get to a fully tested solution. In addition customer service was awesome. Great experience. ...oh and Taco Nazos is down the street, the mechanics recommended it. Whew! Cherry on top of going to see them. Holy smoley, that has to be one of the best so cal fish tacos to be had! Thanks guys on sll accounts!

I recently had my head gaskets repaired at Orozco's Auto Service, and my experience was excellent. The repair took about two weeks, but what really stood out to me was how incredible they were at working with my insurance company. They were extremely knowledgeable about the approval process and stayed on top of everything that needed to be authorized. They even knew the insurance agent’s lunch schedule so they could reach them at the right time! Because of their persistence and expertise, they got everything approved that needed to be fixed on my vehicle, which meant I only had to pay my deductible. That level of service was amazing and took a lot of stress off of me. Another thing that impressed me was the waiting area. The accommodations were truly five-star. The restroom was spotless, and everyone who helped me was very kind, caring, and professional. They made the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. Overall, I had a great experience. I would definitely go there again, and I highly recommend Orozco's Auto Service to anyone who needs quality auto repairs and great customer service.

It was a great experience from the service advisor to the man doing the work both gentlemen were very very kind very nice very helpful they did a great job I would definitely be back if you need anyone to work on your early 50s vehicles and have your radiator done I would definitely recommend

Had my radiator replaced 2008 Silverado. Price was a lil more than I thought. But as discussed about getting the work done in a time that I wanted. It got done. Work was clean and employees were very respectful when discussing what was going to be done!!

1997 pontiac trans am,Very friendly, but NO COMMUNICATION, 99.8 % I WAS THE 1 CALLING TO SEE WHAT GOIN ON W MY CAR, THEY SOMETIMES DONT RESPOND had my car for little over a MONTH but im sure it be all well worth it,cant wait to drive it,in few days in the city of Bellflower, picked up car n left,no service at all, never worked on my car, every time i stop by,price is high too and joe was super nice, but gues he quit, now i was talking to Edward and hes sick til monday, now im talking to Robert, cant wait to be on road soon, they say what u wanna hear but dont actually do it, bad, very bad COMMUNICATION UPDATE: SOOO, DECIDED TO TRY IT AGAIN, BUT IN BELLFLOWER LOCATION AFTER 1 MONTH OF CAR BEING IN SHOP, I PAID $6000, TO HAVE SERVICE, MY MAIN CONCERN WAS OVERHEATING, , REP (ROBERTO) TO DMSAY CAR READY, HE CHECKED IT, ME BEING EXCITED, FINALLY I GO, AS SOON AS I TOOK IT OUT,DANG TEMP GAUGE WAS ABOUT 3/4 ,OVERHEATING, TOOK IT BACK, BEFORE THEY CLOSED, N LEFT IT AGAIN, ME BEING REALLY UPSET, MAIN REASON I TOOK CAR,WAS CAUSE OVERHEATING, PLUS ,SAW 1 VACUUM HOSE NOT CONNECTED, CUSTOMERS BE AWARE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, DID NOT EVEN COMPENSATE ME, ONLY THING THEY REMOVED OF BILL WAS HEATER HOSES I PAID FOR, THAT I WAS GETTING CHARGED, IF OWNERSHIP PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME, (FERNANDO), I DO NOT WANNA TAKE IT TO ANOTHER LEVEL, ONCE AGAIN WASTING MY TIME, WAITING, IF I CAN ATLEAST GET $2500 REFUND WILL REMOVE THIS REVIEW, FOR THIS, WHICH IS STRESSING ME OUT.
