Let me tell you guys that as a single woman who knows shit about tires and car stuff and don't trust these shops thst try and take advantage and rip y off, Manny and his staff were so helpful and honest. Their vibe was legit and in a Sunday evening driving around with a flat tire they sure came through for ya girl! Very respectful and polite and even cracked a few jokes. Manny is and old school gentleman 👏 thank u Manny and staff gracias!

Highly recommend!! They took care of us when we got a nail in our tire and they did a great job very good prices!

This was the worst experience I've had at a tire shop. I came in to get some rims put on my SUV that I got on OfferUp. I was there for 4 hours and he only swapped 3 of the rims. The owners are a married couple having problems and the employees don't know who is in charge. While Manny was working on my job, other employees would start using the tire machine for a different job. This made it take forever. I wasn't offered a chair for a long time. It was raining, getting dark, and very frustrating. His machine broke and he began to take the tires off using 3 or 4 different crowbars and other tools. He damaged one rim. He also wouldn't go lower on the price even though he damaged a rim and took 4 hours for a 1 hour job, max. I will never go again, and I wouldn't want anyone I know to go their either. Forewarned is forearmed.

Had a flat, so this was a simple fix. Its was busy so I waited just a bit. But then a guy started attending me, took tire off repaired it. Then placed tire back on and left. Now tire just had to be adjusted back on and botls on but, now how the original guy that started left this other guy now starts where the other guy stopped. This guy that started was quick and so I paid and left. I went home it was pretty late and dark and parked my car. The next morning get up head over to downtown Long Beach to go have breakfast. And I was getting close to their house my car started to shake and it was extremely hard to control the steering wheel. I call my bf and explained to him the situation he couldn't help me over the phone. So my bf tells me pull over and wait for him. I did just that my bf gets to where am at doesn't see anything out of ordinary. And says drive the car slowly and let me look at the car as you drive. He notices my exact tire that was patched the night before at Mannys Tires is wobbly. He immediate tells me to stop. I did and once I did he notices the lug nuts were not tightened correctly. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TIRE SHOP FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

On December 10th which was supposed to be a simple tire patch was a nightmare. After taking the nail out of my tire amd saying my tire wasn't in need of patching, he proceeds to screw my tire back in. I spent some time with my dad before heading home who lives close by to Mannys tire shop. My dad is very familiar with the guy so he trusted him. However, as I was driving home, traffic was stopping on the freeway so I decide to exit. As I was on the road, the same tire that i had him patch started shaking and just came off and ended up on the other side of the road. Needless to say I had severe damage to my vehicle because my vehicle hit the ground and fell on the suspension causing massive and expensive damage. He is avoiding talking to me hasn't taken care of my vehicle cost to repair. I refused to let him work on my car as he neglected the smallest but one of the most crucial things. I physically went to ask for his insurance and he completely owned what he had done but wont let me know who his insurance is or anything. He shouldn't be in operation if these are the damages he causes including almost taking our lives as my Two children were with me.
