Took my truck to get headers . Charged me high and on top of that didn’t put the right gasket . So I had a leak . Took it back they charged me again to add a high performance gasket . Then I had another exhaust leaked at the flange . The charged me again to tighten those bolts . Then I had another exhaust leak at the flange again took it back and they charged me again to tighten the bolts . I come to realize this time they welded the bolts and nuts . Fast forward I have another exhaust leak same spot at the flange . So they didn’t tighten the bolts properly instead welded it so now I can’t take it off . I called them and they told me they would have to charge me 100 dollars even if I bought new bolts myself . I would do it myself. But these guys welded the damn nuts to the bolt so I can’t take them off . I need to cut it off and it’s all because they welded the damn thing . And yet they want to charge me 100 . They are incompetent and should have better training. You don’t weld the flange bolts . On top of all that the welding around the pipe looks awful . It looks disgusting. I’m sure I have exhaust leaks from there too . I would think three times before doing any type of exhaust work with them . not to be trusted . I’m a combat veteran and I hope other people don’t get taken advantage of. This place sucks I recommend TEAM MPE! Mikes performance exhaust. They went ahead and fixed joes mufflers horrible job for free . Do not go here . I recommend TEAM MPE!!! Mikes performance exhaust. MPE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING . They are for the people and I’m telling you won’t be disappointed. Do not waste your money with joes mufflers they are not qualified and need more training. . Again go to MPE they are well known . Don’t waste your time win Joe mufflers .

They did a horrible job got a muffler delete on my durango in July & it fell to the floor within 3 months i was driving on the freeway & it just snapped off & came down which is a hazard could of came all the way off & messed my car up drastically but luckily i caught it before it got worst cause it could of got me & the one i care about dearly hurt or worse.. it cost me more money to fix it when i shouldn't of had to very poor job & very disappointed

Thanks to Joe’s Muffler, my 1993 Chevy 1500 finally passed smog! A true family owned business. Thank you, for being one of the few Auto repair shops.

They got my van running again by replacing the fuel pump. However, they didn't give an estimate nor call after the diagnostic. It cuts off sometimes, never did before. And the turn signals (maybe just the indicators) dont work anymore.

I've been dealing with this place for almost 2 years now. This is the type of service you will never get at a dealer. Work gets done quickly expertly and without a lot of the extra cost. I haven't found a problem that they can't fix. Everything from breaks to check engine lights to having a spark plug pop out of my trucks engine. They can do it. There is a long driveway but don't be alarmed there are some really cool cars back there that you might want to check out while you wait. This place is 100% bilingual. Joe is a very calm, nice, and respectful owner who is trying to pass the business down to his son who is also super positive and down to earth. I wish him and his family all the best for taking care of me and mine.
