10/10 experience from start to finish. Today my car gave out at a red light. I called G&J for a diagnostic, Jorge told me to come in right then and there. Amazing service, was very transparent and communicative with the diagnostic, amazing price and fast service. My car was fixed within a couple hours! Couldn’t be happier! Thanks G&J! I will be back for my oil change..

I give this shop 5 stars due to the fact that they have a break down on what was done on the vehicle and the labor that was provided. I like the fact that they give you warranty for parts they purchased for me 1 year or 12,000 miles so whatever happens to the specific part that you replace they can replace it for you free of charge. Another thing I like to mention is that I enjoy the additional recommendations that you need on your vehicle meanwhile the mechanics are doing the repairs. Forgot to mention this shop also offers you to bring in your own parts if you want to save on money. I will be bringing in my vehicle into this shop from here on out. To the people who think this shop is not professional seek help (joking) but seriously this shop is quick, fair with prices and nice people to talk too. Bonus points: 1. If you are struggling financially this shop is partnered with snap. I like that snap gives you an option to pay with in 100 days and or 12 months but with interests. They explained thoroughly on how that financial system works. 2. This shop also gives you three forms of payment. A:If you pay cash upon your repair they take off roughly 5-10 percent of discount B:Debit card does not have a fee for payment C:Credit card has a 3.00% fee depending on the amount as well. And D: If you have a big job such as an engine or transmission they let you pay with check 🤯. Additionally I like to give thanks to Mr.Luis the younger guy. He took me in over the phone gave me a quote under a minute very quick but also said it was better to come in to the shop just to confirm the issue I was having with the vehicle so that way the technicians can confirm the issue before giving a quote. Mr.Jorge/ technician very respectful, very good at communicating, cares about the customers safety. Amazing person to talk to when it comes to repairs. Technician Arturo is a very knowledgeable man to speak with as well, if you speak Spanish he will tell you every detail about the work was done on the vehicle. Lastly Mr.Gabriel: he is a much older guy doesn’t speak much English but tries to tell you what is wrong with your vehicle. P.S. Be careful with the shop dog Mila she can bark but once she calms down she is your best-friend. Caramelo is the friendliest dog they have as well. P.P.S don’t bring another dog to the shop because she is aggressive with other dogs.

I was impressed w the quality of service I received for my 2014 Honda Civic. George was honest & upfront w my car’s diagnosis, (I recently purchased this used car & was unsure of it’s condition under the hood.) I will certainly return next week to complete my small list of repairs. They are courteous, professional & very reasonably priced. I’m a happy camper.

George has worked on a few of my cars. He’s always been transparent and fair with his price. I would recommend him and his garage. Finally, a mechanic we can trust!!
