Boy do I miss David, I should have known that something was wrong when I came in on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded like usual. I've been a customer for 17 years! The new "family friend" doesn't communicate, I had to call 4 different times on 3 different days to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. Also, David will let you bring your parts and charge for the labor. This new guy wouldn't allow it. I Could have bought the parts the same day and wouldn't have to wait for a company to deliver the parts days later. It took 4 days to get my car fixed, the communication was terrible, and he didn't even tell me how much it was until the job was done because he stated that I had extra problems than initially discovered. My car was stuck so I didn't have any choice but to deal with this dude! And on top of that they must have left my windows down at night because I noticed rat booboo all on my floor when I got home! DAVID, either you unretire, or get someone who truly cares to run your shop the way you did. I would normally recommend people to your shop, but there is no way that I would do it now. When the new guy changed my oil he didn't even ask me if I wanted full synthetic oil, so he assumed that I wanted the regular gray and put that in my car. Car I don't even use regular gray. It's really getting ridiculous up there ..You worked too many hard years to let your shop go out like that!

My wife and I have been coming here for over 2 decades and have passed his shop on to our children , the rest of our family and friends that come from as far as the South Bay! We appreciate this honest place of business truly! Keep up the good work!
